Once you place your order enquiry we will calculate the delivery costing and include it in the email asking to confirm your order.

Note your order will not be delivered until receipt of full payment, once payment has been received we aim to dispatch the items within 5-7 working days.

International Delivery

Please note, if your destination is outside the UK, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required by customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order, as different countries have variable procedures.

Returns

Please note that although we have taken all possible steps to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible, colours may vary according to settings on your screen and therefore can only be an approximation of the actual product.

Goods may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt if in perfect re-saleable condition, unfortunately, this does not include any bespoke items as these have been made to your individual specification (exceptions apply). This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Distance Selling) 2014.

On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost and will not be refunded until the item/s are returned to us and have passed quality control. On this occasion, we shall provide you with a full refund of the price within 14 days.
